Accessibility
There are some steps to access the property so this property would not be suitable for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
Outside
From the living room there is access through French doors to a very romantic terrace balcony which is ideal for ‘Alfresco dining’ and daytime relaxation. The terrace offers outside dining and seating, parasols and beautiful climbing Jasmine which frames the breathtaking Lake views over the Eastern shore and the bay of Lenno in a picture perfect way. Views of ‘Residenza Brentano’ gardens with its unique features can also be enjoyed from the balcony.
(Please note that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap).
Coast/Beach
The historical village of Lenno is ideally situated next to Mezzegra, where the delights of ‘Villa Balbianello’ and the ‘Lido di Lenno’ with its beach can be enjoyed!
Golf
There are golf clubs around Lake Como: The Cadenabbia & Menaggio Golf Club and is Italy's oldest golf course. Established in 1907 with 18 holes Par 70, it is located above Menaggio near Croce, in Grandola ed Uniti, approx. 20 min. by car. Tel: +39 344 321 03. Green Fees: Weekdays €55, Weekends and Holidays €70 Euros; Golf Cart Rental €36. Restaurant golf at the club serves fantastic food and is well recommended. Guests are always welcome, please call beforehand to check course rules. Golf Club Menaggio: (Menaggio Como).
Skiing
There are many ski options available, but the closest major ski resorts are St. Moritz, which is approximately 2 hours drive away and the family resort of Madesimo toward the Splugen Pass which is approx. 100K

The cell phone requested was waiting for us on arrival. The apartment in Mezzegra, Brentano Nobile, was perfect! The pictures we could access on the internet did justice to the lovely decor as well as the beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. Brentano Nobile is a beautiful appartment..the best feature is the spacious terrace and view....stunning. Everything was comfortable...walking distance to lake was a real bonus anmd we left the car behind many days. Thanks
