You can enjoy the sun or you can swim and snorkel the wonderful coast. onte Argentario is also a strategic location to visit southern Tuscany including Siena, Pisa, Lucca etc.

The house was built for my parents in the late sixties and has been recently restructured and divided in 2 units.

The staying at the property grants an ideal combination of the best Tuscan sea (Monte Argentario) together with a strategic location to enjoy the visit of southern Tuscany and its treasuries like Siena, Pisa, Lucca. Moreover Rome is 2 hours and it's an ideal place for a 1 day travel. The property and its garden were planned to suit Fabrizia and her parents taste so it's much more refined than what you generally find in the holidays rental market. The fact that it has been divided in 2 units grant the possibility for 2 families to come together or for 1 family to rent just 1 unit (saving money). Every unit has all the appliances and comforts required, including A/C.
