The villa is in a tranquil enviroment with a stunning panorama and yet is only a few minutes drive away from the small town of Lamporecchio which has every amenity and is 6km from the historical birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci; the beautiful village of Vinci. The interior is typically Tuscan, with terracotta flooring, beamed ceilings and is tastefully decorated with antique furniture.

Saturday is the preferred changeover day. We ask guests to leave ny 9.30am and arrive 15.30 to 19.00

Coast/Beach
Visit the nearby coastal towns of Viarreggio, and the exclusive resort of Forte dei Marmi about 40 minutes away.
A little further away, about 1.5 hours in Liguria are the beautiful, romantic fishing villages of Cinque Terre, which are linked solely by train, sea and pathway.
Golf
There are three golf courses within 25 minutes drive:-
Montecatini Golf Club has 18 holes www.montecatinigolf.com.
San Miniato- Golf Club Fontevivo has 9 holes.
Tavola- Golf Club Le Pavoniere has 18 holes.
Skiing
Skiing is 1 hours away at Abetone.
Travel
Pisa airport (Aeroporto Pisa Galileo Gallilei), with frequent low-cost flights, is about 50 mins drive, 60km, away. A 2 lane Superstrada (no-toll) connects directly with the airport and the exit for Lamporecchio (Empoli Ovest) is just 15km from the villa. Florence (Aeroporto di Peretola) is slightly closer, 45km but also takes an hour. Most visitors collect their hire-car from the airport and the process is generally stress-free. We will send more detailed directions before you arrive.
Distances
Visit the famous historic renaissance cities of Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Arezzo. See the Duomo, Palazzo Pitti, Uffizzi, Galleria Accademia and Ponte Vecchio in Florence, the tower in Pisa, the frescoes in Arezzo, the incredibly beautiful Piazza where the twice yearly.

Booking and arrival
• 30% deposit to be paid with booking
• Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival
• £200 security deposit to be paid with balance.
This will be returned less any costs for loss, damage or additional utlity costs 1-2 weeks after villa is vacated.
Cancellation policy:-
Cancellation is required in writing and will be calculated based on date of receipt.
• 6 weeks + Deposit retained.
• 3-6 weeks Deposit + 50% balance retained.
• Less than 21 days No refund.
