The stone built villa has a spacious interior of traditional stucco, terracotta tiles and stone and leads on to the shaded terrace. In the garden with mature trees and shrubs is the superbly situated swimming pool with adjoining gazebo. The house is ideally located for exploring Umbria and Tuscany, returning to dine alfresco in the gazebo and enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets. Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Gubbio, Siena and Orvieto are within easy reach by car. Florence and Rome are easily reached by car or train.

Lake Trasimeno is only 15 minutes drive from the villa and offers beaches, water sports and ferries to the islands.

Golf courses within 30 mins of the villa at Perugia and around Lake Trasimeno.
Travel
Perugia is the nearest airport being only 40 minutes drive from the villa and is served by Ryanair. Rome, Pisa, Florence and Bologna are other airport destinations.
Distances
The village of Preggio is 4 minutes by car and has a restaurant, mini market, church and bar. Castel Rigone is within 10 minutes drive with an excellent supermarket specialising in Italian wines and local produce. There is also a wonderful Renaissance church. The lakeside town of Passignano is 15 minutes away and has a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks.
