This is a cosy anglo-italian run bed and breakfast where you can find Italian warmth with an English touch. Experience the best of both worlds: A family atmosphere with the knowledge of Pisa and surrounding areas to help you get the most from your stay. We are a 10 minute walk from the tower and the hospital. The University of Pisa La Scuola Normale Superiore (La Scuola Sant'Anna) are a 15 minute walk. There is a bus to the river Arno and the station right outside the house. Trains for Florence leave every hour which take 50 minutes. The city of Lucca is 20 minutes by car or train. Free parking. We are very lucky to have 2 good restaurants very close to the house and we can also recommend other characteristic places to eat.

Mary's Bed and Breakfast
Our bed and breakfast is composed of a beautiful and spacious double bedroom, and a smaller double. These 2 rooms are separated from the rest of the house and they share a bathroom, which is perfect for a small family.

Notes on accommodation
Childrens' cots are free of charge. There are fans in the rooms and courtesy tray. Linen and towels included. Wheelchair access unavailable as there are 9 steps to access the B&B.

Outside
Communal garden and ample parking.

Coast/Beach
Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia are 20 minutes away. Viareggio and Forte di Marmi are 40 minutes away.

Golf
Golf course loacated in Tirrenia (20 minutes by car).

Skiing
2 hours away in Abetone Lucca.

Travel
10 mins from Pisa airport (not on the flight path). 1 hour from Florence airport. 30 minutes from Livorno port.

Distances
10 minute walk from the center of Pisa. 1 hour to Florence. 20 minutes to Lucca and Viareggio. San Gimignano is an hour and a half away.

We have 3 restaurants by the house, 2 great bars, a bank, and various shops.
