Notes on prices
The rates are inclusive of: Use of the apartment, using kitchen towels, pots and pans, washing machine, concierge on arrival and a welcome kit, outdoor parking, transfer from/to port or airport Tortolì; Info-Point and booking service, VAT at 10% (invoice if requested when booking). Booking conditions: In order to confirm the booking you need a bank transfer of 40% on the total cost with the coordinates that will be communicated by the direction. Key Money: € 300,00 at the arrival by cash.
Changeover day
Check in Saturday 5pm -8pm. Check out Saturday 8am - 10am. For arrivals in any other days in the week you have to ask to the owner.

The apartments of Villa Peony are six, all of large size, bright and comfortable and spacious interiors, from 70 sqm. of one-bedroom flat to 90 sqm. of two-bedrooms flat and. The attic occupies the entire second floor with an area of 100 sqm. All apartments are equipped with: Air-conditioning and heating, fan and dehumidifier, central water purification system, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, orthopedic mattresses, feather and hypoallergenic pillows, slatted frames, mattress covers and pillow covers, bedspreads for summer and winter; washing machine, TV with satellite channels, DVD player or VCR (in some), cots available on request, veranda or covered terraces garden view, outdoor tables and chairs, iron and ironing board, clotheslines, internet wi-fi connections. Villa Peonia is situated on the oriental coast of Sardinia. This area is famed for its white beaches and stunning turquoise water of crystalline clarity. Arbatax is a modern equipped tourist centre, good for boat excursions toward the most beautiful and wild islands of Sardinia and offers wonderful panoramic views both on the sea and the boundless forests. This rugged and beautiful region offers infinite opportunities to explore hidden coves.
Special interest holidays
We prepare for guests special dinners with Sardinian tipical food and wine. Prices from 25 euros per person (minimum 4 people). We also organize daily excursions by motoyacht with lunch on board. Prices from 50 euros per person. Free shuttle to/from the apartment.
Travel
Ogliastra, a fairly recent discovery with its beautiful coasts and mountainous interior. Its territory, wedged between sea and mountain, offers a vast array of unique landscapes. A paradise of remarkable beauty situated along the eastern side of Sardinia, where nature is at its best. Some people think that the name Ogliastra derives from the wild olive trees growing in great numbers in the region, but more credited sources link it to the Agugliastra, a huge monolith overlooking the sea.

The Ogliastra coasts are splendid oases set between sea and rock, rugged nature to dazzle us with some of the most fascinating marine landscapes of the Mediterranean. Leaving from the north we encounter the renowned coves of Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzé, accessible only by boat or on foot; further south there are the beautiful beaches of Tancau, Girasole, Orrì, Cea ,Barisardo, Cardedu, Coccorrocci and the gulf of Sarrala. Enchanting, too is the landscape that climbs up the hills as far as the Gennargentu mountains, indulging the eyes with scenarios of rare beauty.
