Our location is situated at 7km from Gubbio, Province Perugia in Umbria, Italy. The name of our structure ‘Borgo il Molino’ drew inspiration from an ancient water mill completely renovated in 2006. The complex consists of 2 farmhouses which have been fully renovated in obedience of the typical Umbrian architecture. The fascinated stone walls and the warm woodworks help to recreate an atmosphere of bygone times. The farmhouses are surrounded by large green area where children and adults can enjoy themselves. The property is surrounded by a little river where you can easily find our peace and tranquillity while enjoying the sweet flowing of the water.

The name of our structure 'Borgo il Molino'drew inspiration from an ancient water mill completely renovated in 2006.
The complex consists of 2 farmhouses which have been fully renovated in obedience of the typical Umbrian architecture. We have 5 apartments, three 2 room apartments each one with 1 bedroom and 2 three two-room apartments each one with 2 bed-rooms. Our sleeping capacity is for 16-23 persons.

mobility problems.
