Notes on accommodation
The apartments with central heating and TV. Wood for the fire places is supplied.
On arrival guests receive a welcome package consisting of different basic groceries and home made Umbrian delicacies from the home owner's family.

From the beautiful swimming pool (12m x 6m) you have a fantastic view over the Tiber valley.
The swimming pool area includes: a spacious patio with garden furniture and another big uncovered terrace, a pool house with showerroom, a laundry room with washing machine, gazebo with outside whirlpool.
A converted barn next to the house has a covered area where guests can use the wood burned pizza oven and a big open fireplace.
The garden surrounding the house: large lawn, flowers, old trees a.o. old olive trees.
