Villa Lilla is an old Tuscan carriage house from the 1700's, built of stone with wood-beamed ceilings. It stands on the hills between Anghiari and Sansepolcro, one of Italy's most important historical, artistic and natural environmental centers. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and its own woodland with centuries-old oak trees; a perfect place for those who love privacy. You can admire a view of the property flowing through the valley below from the windows. You can also enjoy a freshly cooked barbecue meal under the shade of the patio or enjoy your leisure under the gazebo of the pool. The anatomical latex mattresses (anti-allergenic) will keep you cool. The property has been furnished with some beautiful antiques and paintings. The fine facilities the villa provides, together with the welcoming atmosphere, created by the refined furnishings, and with its own private pool, set in green surroundings and panoramic view, assure a really relaxing holiday.

Part of the villa have been specially constructed to provide accommodation for wheelchair users or guests with mobility problems in full compliance with architectural guidelines for disabled access.

Outside
The area is ideal for biking, walks in the forest, mountain biking along the Sovara river, fishing in a small lake and visiting various places of culture and the arts. This is an excellent base for visiting all parts of Tuscany and Umbria.
Situated in ancient times on the border between the Etruscan and Umbrian territories, not far from Rome and Florence, Anghiari has been defined as the most livable town on earth; the 'ideal town' by research.Anghiari is a stunning medieval village which has been claimed to be 'one of the most beautiful villages in Italy' by the ANCI. In addition to this Anghiari has also been awarded by Italian Touring Club the 'bandiera arancione' synonym of quality tourism and accommodation. The Upper Tiber Valley which Anghiari looks down upon has remained much as it was since the ancient Romans were using the sturdy oak trees of the zone to construct the Empire.

This is an excellent base for visiting all parts of Tuscany and Umbria. Situated in ancient times on the border between the Etruscan and Umbrian territories, not far from Rome and Florence, Asisi and Gubbio.

Located on the side of Val Sovara above a small stream the Carriage house in set between two Benedictine convents. Olive groves and oak trees give character to the tranquil countryside. The 50 hectares of terrain which surround the property are cultivated land with cereals, hay, sugar-beet, and vines (sangiovese, trebbiano and malvasia grapes) by the family of Lido.
In September you can visit the Sorci Castle, when the ghost of the Knight Baldaccio will be sure to appear. In addition, in September you can participate in the Palio della Balestra, which is a return to the times of the Medicis.
It is possible to enjoy the leisure time by fishing at the nearby lake, playing bowls or strolling along the country roads or going for mountain-biking, swimming, taking swimming lesson, or doing some archery.
