Casa Falco is a stunning farmhouse offering a spacious , cool, relaxing interior space with touches of luxury and individuality , designer bathrooms, hand carved beds, individually collected furniture and pieces of art , high quality linen, top quality glass ware and crockery. The atmosphere is peaceful and ambient, the rooms designed for relaxation, reading, listening to music. The rooms all have high beamed ceilings, and masses of light and space. Shutters at each window keep the interiors deliciously cool in summer. Huge open fires make the house cosy for colder months and a perfect location for a Christmas and new year party.The kitchen is extremely well equipped, a keen cooks dream. With an outside dining terrace with wooden table and chairs, plenty of sunbathing areas, an elegant 14 x 5 private pool with magnificent views of mountains and surrounding forests. Located in a secluded, rural location with in the national park 8 mins drive into town.

Notes on accommodation
We provide two cots and have stair gates.
The house is suitable for small children.
With a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor it is suitable for elderly people but not for wheel chairs.
Outside
A spacious driveway area leads from the private drive from a white road. Access is fine.The newly installed pool is 14 x 5 meters, with roman steps, Shallow and Deep end. Deep enough for diving .The gardens have been generously planted with lavender, rosemary and sage along with fruit trees and olive trees.The pool terrace is south facing below a wild flower meadow. We provide wooden sunbeds with cushions, steamer chairs and umbrellas.
The terrace at the back of the house has a dining table and 10 chairs, an umbrella close to the kitchen and leads from the house. There is a large barbecue, steamer chairs and extra tables and patio chairs.The terrace is protected from breezes and provides a lovely shady spot for outside dining.A vine covered loggia runs three sides of the house providing a beautiful location for morning coffee and an evening prosecco with magnificent views of the mighty sibilini mountains, valleys and forests.Lovely country walks from the house into amandola 20 mins,
