This spectacular setting is at 400mt (slm) and is cool and pleasant during the hot summer period. The property is a wonderful start to visit Florence, Siena, Pisa and the surrounding hills.

The property is at only 7 km from Florence and it's recommend the car. It' s perfect for a relaxing e peaceful holiday far from the smog and the noisy of the city. Many walking itineraries in the area are also available to lovers of countryside hikes.

The Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport is at only half an hour from the property (12 km) and the port of Livorno is at only hour and half from the house. The car is recommended.

About the owner
I live in Florence with my husband, my two twins daughters and our 3 years old dog. My husband and I both work and we spend our free time travelling and taking care of our property. We both love our little paradise.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love this area because offers the best conditions of rest and relax also giving the possibility for a cultural and tourist stay. I called this place "a little paradise" of Florence. It's a window on Florence.
The area is easily accessible with Florence downtown less than an half an hour drive away.

The apartment situated in the hills of Tuscany at only 7km from Florence and to few km from Fiesole. The apartment absorbed in the green with sight on Florence. The house was originally the oil pressing area which is still part of the still existing castle. The eleventh century castle used to belong to a very famous noble family; the Catellini. Many walking itineraries in the area are also available to lovers of country-side hikes. This spectacular setting is at 400mt (slm) and is cool and pleasant during the hot summer period.
The garden of the house offers a mix of seasons vegetables like tomatoes, salad, zucchini and eggplants that are the base of our alimentation. We also offers our olive oil and red wine.
