Just a 10 minute walk from the picturesque medieval town of Bettona with local shops, bars and restaurants. Assisi, Perugia Todi and Lake Trasemino (beaches and water sports available) are less than 1/2 hour drive away, while Orvietto and Spoletto can all be reached in 45 minutes. There is also good train access to Rome, Florence and beyond. These properties can be rented separately or as a group and offer luxurious style and comfort. Set in their own grounds with olive groves, vines and a delightful rose walkway each property has its own private terrace and barbecue facilities with infinity pool. For the children there is a climbing frame, trampoline, sand box and table tennis. Tennis racquet's are available for use at the nearby courts and bikes so that you can enjoy the glorious countryside.

A delightful small property converted from a small pig barn with accommodation on a single floor with Japanese style sliding doors to a private terrace with own private entrance and grounds. Open plan kitchen area with fitted hob oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Large sitting area with TV and DVD player. Bedroom 1 – king size bed with en-suite bath/ shower room. Bedroom 2 – King size bed with en-suite bath/ shower room. Washing machine available in basement under the terrace. The property comes with towels, luxury cotton bedding and fans for all of the rooms. The owner's villa is also on the same land as the Farm House and Pig House but they access via a separate entrance, please note you will have the sole use of pool. |

Notes on accommodation
All of the above come with their own private outdoor terrace areas furnished with tables and chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds. Barbeques are also provided for each property. Cots and high chairs are also available. The stunning gated infinity pool (15m x 7m) is shared by both properties. The large pool area comes with its own shower, gazebo, luxury sunbeds and its own dining area. Pool towels are provided at all of the properties. There are even pool toys should you ever get bored of the views. All other outdoor facilities i.e. sand box, trampoline, climbing frame and table tennis are for all of our guests use. You are also welcome to bring your well behaved pets. The owner's holiday villa is also on the same land as the Farm House and Pig House but they access via a separate entrance, please note you will have the sole use of pool.

9 acres of lane, olive groves, vines, rose walkway, private terraces, barbecues, sole use of infinity pool (15 x 7m), sand box, trampoline, climbing frame, table tennis tables.
Coast/Beach
Assissi, Perugia Todi and Lake Trasemino are less than half an hour drive away and Orvietto and Spoletto just 45 mins away.

Airport approximately 20 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
On booking a 25% deposit is required, the balance being settled 4 weeks before departure. Rates include the service of a full time gardener and caretaker, pool cleaning and weekly linen change and clean. Any extra cleaning needed can be arranged and would be paid for locally at a rate of 8euros per hour.

Private rental, owners husband Simon and wife Michaela who have lovingly refurbished the villa to a high standard as well as converting a pig house and farm house into further accommodation on the same grounds. Simon and Michaela have 5 children hence villa and converted barns very child friendly with lots of things to keep the kids happy!
