A delightful apartment in a stone built house characteristic of the late 1800s with two en-suite twin bedrooms that can sleep up to four guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area and a small terrace. The owner of the house, Lia, looks forward to welcoming you to the The Stone House and she will be pleased to recommend the best walks in the surrounding countryside and, of course, around the stunning shores of Lake Como.

Dear Rosalia,
I would just like to say what a good holiday we had at The Stone House and around Lake Como, it is exceptionally beautiful. The house itself is really lovely, clean, and cozy. Christina, Mateo and 'Mama Christina' made us feel very, very welcome, unfortunately our Italian is very poor and we couldn't hold much of a conversation - but we managed and made a resolution to attend Italian classes!
I'd also like to say a big thank you for the milk, eggs, sugar etc but especially the cake that was provided. I intended to pay for these provisions but realised after we left that I hadn't offered to pay Christina for which I am sorry and of course I am willing to settle any outstanding amount.
I very much look forward to returning to Breglia again but with our walking boots next time! and I would highly recommend The Stone House.
