Accessibility
There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, we have been approached by a disabled person and are in the process of installing a ramp for easy entry to the villa.

Coast/Beach
It is 12 miles to the nearest beach. In Agrigento there are temples of Greek and Roman origin. About 10 miles away is a water park
Travel
There are three airports, Palermo 2 hours from villa, Catania 2 hours from villa, Trapani (recently established) 2 and half hours from the villa.

It is a 5 minute drive to the nearest village.

There are 2 restaurants in vicinity again very close by car. There is a large shopping mall about 10 mins by car.

About the owner
My name is Giuseppe Pace, born in Caltanisetta and moved to England in 1962. When we had the oportunity to buy a Villa in 1997 I jumped at the chance. After several years we decided to upgrade the house so we destroyed the original and built a new one. Now we hope many more people can enjoy the flavour of Sicily.
