Prices shown are for the property(s) per week in euros.
Rates include: light, gas for cooking, water, linen (changed weekly and including towels), wood for fireplaces. Inclusive of final house cleaning. Rates do not include: heating expenses. Heating (usually needed in late fall and winter).
From 16 to 30 August in studio for 2 persons. 20% discount for 1 week.
Stay 5 nights pay only 4 night.

Changeover day
Usually we prefer changeover on Saturday, but is flexible.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Bedroom 1 with double bed, renoved with a particular stone-wall. Bedroom 2 with a twin bed (or double) has a large arch window into the valley. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower, a bidet. A large and fully equipped kitchen-dining room, with a four fire range, oven, microwave, and a fridge freezer, a cozy fireplace. Living-room corner with sofa (that opens to sleep two), with Satellite TV. The apartment has a garden with an outside terrace and a barbecue where our guests can dine in the glowing evening and enjoy the view of the valley.

Studio Apartment

The quiet and cozy studio sleeps two, and includes a fully equipped kitchen area, with a four fire gas cooker, microwave, fridge, TV SAT, bathroom and a pergola. It opens on the splendid terrace with spectacular views. The studio also has access to the garden.

Notes on accommodation
Linen and towels changed weekly - kitchen linen. Swimming-pool towel (5 euros for person). Service in the structure includes BBQ area, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and hairdryer. Swimming-pool in roman style (10 x 4,5) with nocturne lights,(open from 15 may to 24 September). Baby-bed and b baby-chair. Parking space.

Outside
Private swimming-pool (10 mt x 4,5 mt)in Roman style with nocturne lights. Garden with barbecue, outdoor furniture.

The airports are: Florence 50km. Pisa 90m. Car is essential.

Firenze (Florence): 40km (20 minutes by train, 35 minutes drive by highway). Arezzo: 40km (20 minutes by train, 35 minutes drive by highway). Siena: 50km. Greve 30km. S. Gimignano 50km, Terme Di Chianciano, Cortona: Perugia, Lagotrasimeno.

Booking notes
30% deposit due at booking. Balance at departure (cash or wire transfer only).

Conditions.
1) Please leave apartment clean and in order.
2) Booking is valid upon receipt of deposit.
3) Number of occupants must be communicated at booking.
4) In case of cancellation, deposit will be handled as follows:
- 60 days or more notice: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 60 days notice: no deposit will be refunded.
5) Lodging is available beginning at 3:30pm
6) Departure by 9.30am
