The Farmhouse 'I Gelsi' is a quiet farm in the Tuscan hills, basks in the Tuscan sun with a spectacular view on the valley. The farmhouse consists of a large country house with a swimming pool in Roman style, that includes an apartment and a studio, both with independent access from the master house. The farmhouse ‘I Gelsi’ is in Pian di Sco’ (Arezzo province) and is strategically located for easy access to the premiere cultural sites and artistic landmarks in Tuscany, Florence, Arrezzo, Cortona, Seinna, S. Gimignano Ecc. The apartment, which sleeps four to six, has been finely renovated in the Tuscan style, with Cotto tiles paving the floors and and wooden ceiling beams in full view. The quiet and cozy studio sleeps two, and includes a kitchen area, bathroom and a pergola. It opens on the splendid terrace with spectacular views. The studio also has access to the garden.

Linen and towels changed weekly - kitchen linen. Service in the structure includes BBQ area, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and hairdryer. Swimming-pool in roman style (10 x 4,5) with nocturne lights,(open from 28 may to 17 September). Baby-bed and baby-chair. Parking space.

2) Booking is valid upon receipt of deposit.
3) Number of occupants must be communicated at booking.
4) In case of cancellation, deposit will be handled as follows:
- 60 days or more notice: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 60 days notice: no deposit will be refunded.
5) Lodging is available beginning at 3:30pm
6) Departure by 9.30am
