Casale Masorini is sited near the main house (where reception and breakfast room are), facing the swimming pool and the family orchard. It includes three ground-floor apartments, each having the same structure and size (about 50 sq.m.). They consist of: living room with cooking area and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double/twin-bedded bedroom. Warm wooden ceilings. Telephone, Sat TV, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, internet connection. A furnished porch faces the pool and permits to have outdoor meals. Suitable for 2 adults+ 2 children. Folaghe Bilocale Apts. are just similar but 400 metres far away from the main area, in an independent Casale. These last are also suitable for disabled people. In common with other apartments: - Swimming Pool - Large Garden - Barbecue - Bicycles (for rent) - Bowl Game, Badminton, Table Tennis - Laundry Room (on demand and with extra charge) - Parking area. |

Two 2-bedroomed apartments, 65 sq.m. each, on the first floor of Casale Folaghe, with private terrace, parking area and fenced garden. Casale Folaghe is 400 metres far away from the main area of the Agriturismo, where reception, breakfast room and pool are sited. Each apartment welcomes 4+2 persons; it has: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, two double/twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one is ensuite), furnished terrace for meals outdoor. Laundry room facilities in the building (shared and at extra cost). Wooden ceilings. Large fenced garden wit BBQ, gazebo, sunbeds, mosquito magnet. Countryside all around, with paths for trekking or mountain bike. View on the farm forest and on Lignano and the Marano Lagoon. Breakfast and pool facilities in the main area, 5 minutes away by feet. Bikes available for rent. |

Notes on accommodation
Swimming pool at disposal of guests, bikes for rent, BBQ, games. Pets are welcomed! Breakfast served with products of own production.

Accessibility
Some of our one bedroom apartments (Folaghe bilo 2+2 people) are equipped in order to welcome disabled people. Adapted bathroom, doors and ways in/out.
Folaghe building is anyway 400 m far away from the main area with pool, reception and Breakfast room. Breakfast can be served in the hall or in the porch on the ground floor of the main building in case of customers on a wheelchair. Pool is not specifically adapted for disabled.
Outside
Every apartment has a porch or terrace with garden furniture. Pool and BBQ are shared. Swimming pool: fenced, 145cm deep, 6x12m wide, open from May to September, from 9.30 to 19.00. Shared sunbeds and umbrellas (for guests of Agriturismo only). Shared gardens.
Coast/Beach
Lignano and Bibione beaches, tourist centres with a 8km long beach. Lignano has 3 different lidos: Lido Sabbiadoro, Lido Pineta, Lido Riviera. Equipped, children's play area on the beach, children's mini club, beach volley, water equipment, sea rescue service, cafes, restaurants and parties on the beach. Airplane Frecce Tricolori show at Summer festivals in July and August. Music concerts and many interesting events are a pleasant framework.
Golf
The nearest golf club is in Lignano Sabbiadoro, 25 km away from here. Other golf courses are not so far in the region (Golf club Grado - 40 km, Golf Club Friuli in Mortegliano, 20 km).
Special interest holidays
Lignano city offers wide beautiful equipped beaches on the Adriatic sea, night life, shops and children's funfair. Zoo park Punta Verde in Lignano has exotic animals living in a recreated but still natural habitat. Gulliverlandia, a theme park, is thought for people of all ages and it's nice above all for families. Here you can admire sea life while walking quietly through a see-through tunnel under the surface of the water among sharks, rasins and eels. Discovering the pearls of Friuli is a must: from here Trieste, the main city, with its middle-European allure, is just 1 hour far. Udine, Cividale and San Daniele del Friuli, Grado, Palmanova and Gorizia are other cities of art that you cannot miss. Important sightseeings are also Villa Manin di Passariano and the Collio vineyards. If you'd like to visit also the near states, here are some tips: the Postojna cave system in Slovenja is the largest known in Europe. Bled lake and Liubjana, this middle European capital, are very close.

About the owner
Giorgio and Alessandra: we are the owners and managers of Tenuta Regina. We like to welcome in our house people of different nationalities and make them feel at home, or better "in their Italian home". It's nice for us to show people the way we live in this part of Italy and to give good and useful information about what to see, where to buy and what to eat and drink! The Agriturism is our life and we like guests to ask about our work. Most of the time our guests also become friends and we keep in touch for years with their children playing and becoming friends with ours. What we like about our lives is the freedom of living in the countryside and we really want our guests to experience this and take advantage of this for their own life.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Bought by Giorgio's grandfather in 1952, after being managed by his son Fabio for many years, since 1997 the property has been run by Giorgio and me. We started renovating the Agriturism in 2000,in the same year our son Fabio was born. We did a great job, both on the farm to improve the techniques, and on the buildings, refurbishing the old houses to set comfortable apartments where to spend a week or even a longer period. The area is not very far from the main roads of the region Friuli and very easy to reach, but at the same time it is completely away from crowded places. During the summer,one of the most popular beach resorts in Italy, Lignano is at very short distance. During the rest of time you can enjoy the most beautiful countryside and the cities of arts in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is at the same time a place where relax, away from traffic and business, but it's also located in an excellent place on the main axis Venezia-Trieste, combining the benefits of staying in the countryside and the easiness of reaching the most interesting places like Venezia (90km), Trieste (87km), Lignano Sabbiadoro (23km), Grado (40km), Aquileia (28km), Cividale del Friuli and Collio Wineyards (70km). We have a private swimming pool only for our guests and rent bikes for people who want to have a look in the close countryside. We serve breakfast in a beautiful saloon on the first floor of the main building and on the terrace where you have a nice view on the surrounding flatland.The Reception is set up as an info-point where to find brochures, maps and to ask for tourist info.
