Notes on accommodation
The shared pool includes an area suitable for children and is located just in front of the apartment.
Accessibility
Apartment is on the groud floor, therefore accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
The apartment has a covered veranda with dining table and chairs and also a shower with hot water (for those who enjoy taking shower outside). The residence has well maintained gardens, a shared pool open from mid June to mid September with outdoor furniture and covered parking.
Coast/Beach
Nearby there are Sardinia's most beautiful beaches, in particular Porto Istana (with the stunning view of Tavolara island), Capo Ceraso and Li Cuncheddi (all of them at approx 1 mile from the residence). A bit southern there is Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi and Capo Coda Cavallo. More south, La Cinta beach in San Teodoro and Budoni beach. Going north approx 15/20 miles you find the famous 'Costa Smeralda', favourite beaches there La Celvia, Golfo di Marinella and Liscia Ruia.
Golf
Sardinia has always been an ideal location for golf. There are several factors that make the island the ideal place to play golf. The most important one certainly is climate, which is mild all the year round, which allows people to easily enjoy our golf routes even in Winter. Special interest holidays
Nearby diving centre (very popular in Sardinia) and water sports centre. It is possible to windsurf and kite surf on the 'Marina Maria' beach which is famous for practicing this type of sport (1 mile away from residence).
Travel
Olbia airport is approx 15 minites drive, while Alghero airport is at 1 hour and half drive. Car is recommended. In both airports you will find the most popular car hire companies.
