This fabulous stone farmhouse set in spacious grounds has a private swimming pool and BBQ. It is situated among olive groves and orchards with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house has a huge terrace with sun all day as well as plenty of shady spots around the gardens. Casa Anna is walking distance to the picturesque Casalanaguida. Its bars are a short walk from the house. Casalanaguida has a variety of shops and a pharmacy, supermarket and post office. A short drive takes you to historic town of Vasto with its spectacular views and wonderful beaches. Restaurants abound in the surrounding areas offering a wide choice of exquisite Italian food. There is nothing like the taste of fresh fish in sight of the machine that caught it. Pizza made on a base tossed before your eyes makes a memorable night out for young and old. Casa Anna is a truly fabulous venue for the most memorable holiday.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is large double with views back towards Casalanguida. Bedroom 2 is a large double with French doors onto a private balcony. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and 2 pull out beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: | 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom has a large bath with a shower above. Bidet and toilet with a hand basin and a large mirror above. Downstairs bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and hand basin. Both rooms are fully tiled and comfortable. |
| Kitchen: | The stunning kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The large table seats 10 when extended and is comfortable social room. Airconditioning for the heat of summer and a log fire for those cooler months |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine iron and ironing board, laundry baskets and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge areas comfortably seat 8 with TV, sound system and DVD player. There is a double sofa bed if required. There is air-conditioning in this room if required. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included and are changed once a week. The property is cleaned once a week. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is a restored house retaining many of the original features such as stone walls. Yet the house is completely modern. The marble floors throughout make the house extremely comfortable even on the hottest of Summer days. The property is air-conditioned. It is very suitable for two families holidaying together as the versatile layout and flexible living areas make a very happy house to holiday in. The views are spectacular from all around the house. From the main terrace views are across the valley to surrounding villages. The windows from the house all have lovely views over the village or surrounding countryside.

Accessibility

Outside
Casa Anna is situated in a private rural location amid several acres of woodland, olive groves vineyards and orchards. There are patios surrounding the pool. 88sq.m. The pool is 28ft by 16ft with a maximum depth of 7ft. It is completely private to the house and is not overlooked. There are spectacular views from the pool and its surrounds. The main house terrace is 44sq.m and has a large table that easily seats 10 for outdoor dining. This terrace has views across the valley and over surrounding villages. The land is mainly olives and oaks with the odd fruit tree. Older children will enjoy exploring. There is a BBQ. There a are a variety of deck chairs, loungers and tables and chairs around the outdoor areas. There is a daybed in the garden and a hammock.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at Vasto marina are a short drive and the warm Adriatic sea is idea for bathers of all ages.
Golf
Golf courses in Vasto and Miglianico are accessable by car.
Skiing
The main ski areas are approx 45 mins by car.
Travel
Pescara is the nearest airport approx 40 mins drive. We often fly into Rome and it takes about 2.5 hours to drive from there. The motorways are well layed out and not too crowded. Driving from the UK is possible we drive from Sheffield across 2 days.
Distances
Casalanguida has all that is normally required and it is 1 mile from the house. It has an ATM and several bars (we recommend the Tunnel), and the usual supermarket, pharmacy, post office and butchers.
Further details
The area has many places to dine and Vasto is easily accessible for a night out. There are a variety of local paths of various grades for anyone who wants to take a walk.
