Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros and are based on 6 people sharing. The standard changeover day is Saturday: other days on request.
Check in starting at 14pm (by appointment), check out at 9am.
Gas and water consumption is included in the rental fee. Electricity allowance of 230 kWh per week is included in the price; every extra kWh will be charged 0,30 euros. Final cleaning fee: 100 euros. Security deposit: 300 euros on arrival (refunded after a satisfactory check of the villa).
Changeover day
The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 1pm and 4pm (by appointment) of the arrival day and have to be returned by 9am on the departure day. The standard changeover day is Saturday, other days on request.

Notes on accommodation
The owners reside from time to time in an apartment adjacent to the villa (with a separate entrance) and are on hand for guests in case of need. Smoking outdoors only please.
Outside
Parking (2/3 Cars), private garden of 8400 sq.ft around the property with special uninterrupted views of the bay. Flowering plants, rocks and outdoor lighting, 2 benches and 4 sun loungers, very large BBQ built in Sardinian style.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach Rena Bianca is a 5 mins drive, there are many more beaches all within 20 min drive including the famous Capriccioli, La Celvia and Romazzino. The Costa Smeralda is only 14.5km long from Portisco to Liscia di Vacca but manages to offer an incredible 56km coastline of sandy beaches and rugged coves. The sea is warm from early May until November. The sea water is crystal clear, containing glitter granite particles giving the water the famous emerald hue.
Golf
Golf is available at the world renowned 'Pevero Golf Club', one of the most beautiful and exclusive golf courses in the world. Pevero is 14 km or 20 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
All kinds of boats and aquatic equipment, from water scooters to yacht, can be hired at the nearby marina 0.5 and 1.5 miles. Horse riding 'Golden Spur' aside from individual or group lessons, the centre organises very unique excursions is 2.5 miles. The 'International Diving Center' of Portisco is 0.5 miles. San Pantaleo is just 4 -5 mins drive and is an artists town hidden among rocks. Henry Moore was in residence here and took his inspiration from the local rock formations for his sculptures. Low cost flights! Meridiana flies from the most important Italian and European cities to Olbia. BA, Easyjet, Jet2 fly directly from London, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham to Olbia. Ryanair flies directly from London, Stansted, Liverpool, Dublin and East Midlands to Alghero. Olbia Airport approx 20km, 20 mins by car. Alghero Airport approx 145km, 2 hours drive. Car (necessary) hire available from Avis, Hertz and others. Directions to property will be made available upon booking.

Nearest village is San Pantaleo 3.5km / 4 mins drive, this has a bank with cash point, pharmacy, post office, news-stand, butcher, bakery, cafe and restaurants. Olbia, 16km, is approx 20 mins drive, here you will find a shopping mall, cinema and a fantastic assortment of designer shops and restaurants. Famous places - Cala di Volpe 11km / 15 mins drive, Porto Rotondo 13.5 km / 15 mins, Cannigione 14km / 18 mins drive, Porto Cervo 17 km / 20 mins drive, Golfo Aranci 17 km / 20 mins.

twice! Also a hike around the island of Caprera. Also we hired a 6 meters
boat in Porto Rotondo and spent a marvellous day on isle Mortorio and
