Sleeps 10+4 The Foresteria (Barn) has been recently restored and is now a well-appointed, modern Farmhouse offering 5 comfortable bedrooms each with private en-suite bath, a large kitchen and great views on the property. The Fienile can also accommodate guest with the B&B formula. There are 2 king size bedrooms, 3 double rooms, a large living room with fireplace, music, books and board games.Wi-Fi internet connection.TVsat. Dining room table for 10 people. Kitchen with 2 electric ovens, dish washer, coffee and cappuccino machines and all sort of stuff for a relaxing holiday. Maid and cook on request. |

Notes on accommodation
The Foresteria is suitable for children as for seniors. Central heating, each room has a fan and views on the property. Torretta de Massimi, Prince Lancellotti's family estate since 1600's, can accommodate up to 15 guest. Torretta is situated on 360 acres of rolling, natural woodlands and manicured gardens, located at via della Pisana 600 right in the heart of Rome.
Accessibility
The property is located at 2km inside the GRA (the ring) a 10 min drive from the Fiumicino international airport. We suggest not to rent a car for the city, as Rome is quite difficult to drive and park in, the head line bus stop 881 is a 100m from the property. The bus for Vatican which runs every 15 min, takes 20 min to arrive to the other headline bus stop, via Giula right in the historic center.
Outside
Torretta is surrounded by gardens, where you can play badminton, football, ping pong and croquet. There are a lot of corners where you can enjoy and relax after a long visit to the city. Barbecue and outside chairs and tables are available. The swimming pool is an antique irrigation reserve restored, large 16 x 5m is for the exclusive use of our guests (villa and tower). The products of the organic gardens are free for you as fresh eggs.
Coast/Beach
The beach is at 20 min drive, but the best choice is to discover the island of Ponza by train (50min) to Anzio and hydrofoil (1 hour), or Port'ercole at 90min drive.We can organize special day trips as Capri,Assisi,Florence.
Golf
The golf club Parco dei Medici is at 8min drive, but you can improve your swing also at the property.
Skiing

Travel
Leonardo da Vinci, Fiumicino international airport is at 10 min drive, Ciampino at 20 min. The port of Civitavecchia (Sardegna ferry) at 50min. Car is not necessary, the gate of the property is 600 m walk from the lodge.
