Seguito is a self-contained modern apartment, caringly renovated from a 300-year-old tobacco-drying tower. 4 rooms, including optional 1 or 2 double bedrooms: sleeping capacity 2/4. Extra bedroom, with extra rooms, if required in main house. Extra sleeping facilities for young children. *Seguito* is designed to be a child-friendly apartment. Please contact us for any special requirements; if it's possible, we'll do it for you!

Accessibility
Villa La Torre's Seguito is a single-floored modern apartment, completely self-contained, convenient, easy to use and easy access for all. No stair climbing, no tiresome corridors, circuitous pathways, or noisy next-door neighbours. We are always pleased to discuss individual requirements, and able to make provision for especial needs.
Outside
French-doors in both bedrooms and kitchen offer access to a delightful dining patio and two acres of beautiful and meticulously maintained secluded private gardens. Beyond the glorious jasmine-bedecked dining patio is Seguito's private pellucid-blue swimming-pool. To make full use of those glorious, calm, sultry Italian evenings, there's a barbecue. In the distance all around, the uniquely Umbrian unspoilt hills, mountains and lake produce a stunning scenic backdrop to all activities.
Coast/Beach
Nearby Panicale – 'the balcony of Lake Trasimeno' – is just minutes away from the Lake and its beaches. Five ferries ply its 128 square-kilometre unpolluted waters, offering both access to Trasimeno’s isolated islands and stunning views of the surrounding olive groves, vineyards, orchards, pines, willows and 30m poplars, all set against a breathtaking backdrop of the Subasio and Amiata mountains 70km to the east and west.
Golf
There is a beautiful golf course in the vicinity of Seguito.
Skiing
Sailboarding, pedalos, windsurfing and waterskiing are popular pastimes on the nearby massive Lake Trasimeno.

The remains of a prehistoric sea, Lake Trasimeno – the largest lake on the Italian peninsular - has enthralled, inspired, delighted and amazed for millennia, attracting a unique diversity of wildlife and flora, along with such historical luminaries as Leonardo da Vinci, Aldous Huxley, Hannibal, and Emperor Claudius.
In addition to sailing and pedalo hire, Lake Trasimeno’s land-based amenities include a 50km lakeside cycle-track, cross-country paths, horse-riding and fishing – the lake is rich in carp, pike and tench.

From property renovations and running restaurants, to hotel accommodation and owning a national brewery, the pair have acquired unparalleled experience in the providing caring, intelligent and quality service to the public. The attention they pay to their work is apparent in this superb villa-apartment they have built in tandem with their renovation of a 300-year-old tobacco-drying tower in Umbria.
