Changeover day
Saturday changeover day. Arrival after 4pm. Departure by 10am.

There is a terrace in front, on the other size there is a space where people can go and hang out diapers and so on. A play room is available inside. Swimming pool is available in the palace in front.
Coast/Beach
100m from the principal funicular that goes to Plateau Rosa and to Switzerland sky fields, where you can go to Zermatt by sky. The other sky lifts are at ten minutes by foot.

Golf is 1km away.
Skiing
The principal funicular (for Plateau Rosa) is very closed to the apartment, it is one hundred meters away. The other sky lifts and 10 minutes by foot.
Travel
The Turin airport is and about 200m. Car hire is recommended. Garage available only by request with the concierge (at an extra price). In winter there is a navetta that bring people from one size to another of Cervinia.
Distances
Aosta is at 30km. Valtournenche at 5km.
Further details
At Cervinia people may find everything, restaurants, pizzerie, bar, shops, any magazine, supermarket, bank. People can go to Switzerland (Zermatt) by sky.

About the owner
My name is Rosa Tea Borzone, my husband was Mr Portacolone.
I was born in the apartment number 7 many many years ago, I have three sons and now I live in the neaborough of Turin.
After many years from my wedding my husband bought the apartment in front of apartment 7, where lived his mother in law, and I spent my holidays in the apartment 8 that I appreciated very much.
Both apartments are nice and when people arrive in the bottom forget the steps done.
