On the two floors in which the house is distributed you can find two build-in kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms and four bathrooms. From the large terrace you can admire the Appenini mountains and the many medieval villages on the top of the unique rolling hills of the Marche Region. Just in front of the villa you can relax by the 6x12 metre swimming pool and enjoy the surrounding garden or read a book under the shady house’s arcade. 'Villa del borgo' special location offers the opportunity to reach the Adriatic sea in a short drive (8km) or the Appennini and Sibillini mountains in about one hour (by car).

Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday (the day can be flexible according to necessities). Arrival time at 4pm departure time at 10pm.

| Living Rooms: | In the two living rooms you can find: sofas, couches, dining rooms, TV, DVD Player. On the first floor you can find the fireplace. |
| Other: | Most of the furniture has been obtained by saving and restoring the original pieces of the old country house in order to preserve the authentic Italian country style. |

Golf courses are avilable at 10 minutes away in Montefiore del'Aso.
Other golf camps are available at the Conero golf club and at Pescara, each about 1 hour by car.

Ski resorts are in the Sibillini Mountains at 45 minutes from Moresco.

Travel
The nearest airport is in Ancona (Falconara) where you can rent a car and drive for 45 minutes on the highway A14 (direction Pescara) exit Pedaso. If you are in Rome you can reach 'Villa del borgo' by bus (3 hours and a half) or rent a car. If you are in Venice or Bologna you can rent a car or travel by train. Taxi service is available in airports, train stations or on request.
Distances
2km from the medieval village of Monterubbiano where you can find supermarkets, shops etc. 25km from the city of Fermo and 40km from the city of Ascoli Piceno.
Booking notes
Payment method: 50% of the amount at booking time - through bank transfer. The balance (50%) one month before arrival. A security deposit will be asked (in case of damage to property or facilities) at arrival time and returned back on departure day.
