‘Bellavista’ is one of eleven apartments of the Residence ‘Da Concettina’, provided with the same comforts and furnished with taste and elegance, situated in a privileged position, in the charming ledge of Taormina Mare, a few hundred meters from the famous beach of Isolabella. ‘Bellavista’ is a nice apartment of approx 50mq, on the third floor of a residence near the sea where you can enjoy a spectacular view due to a wide glass door of about 4m. The structure is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living-room with kitchen. It can accommodate from 2/4 people. To welcome the guests there are Concettina, Pinuccio and Kristina, that offer one of the best solutions for spending pleasant and relaxing holidays, to make feel the guest at home in a clean and familiar ambient. In the surrounding you will find anything you need including
restaurants and shops.

Bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside tables, spacious wardrobe and large window that allow to go in the balcony. Bathroom is spacious with shower, lavabo, bidet, WC, mirror, window, washing-machine and hairdryer. The living-room is very wide and bright, with large window that allow to go outside in the corner balcony. Sofa bed (sleeps 2) . The modern kitchen is long 2,55m well organized and equipped of all you need, with gas-stove, fridge, freezer and oven. Bedroom and kitchen have air conditionning The apartment is part of a structure of new building, at 30 meters from the beach. |

B&B Concettina (Sleeps up to 13)

Welcomes guests in the splendid scenery of the Bay of Taormina, which lies between Capo Sant'Alessio and Capo Mazzarò. It is composed of two new buildings of three elevations each one and it is subdivided in 13 elegant suites, organized and to furnished with taste and elegance. All the rooms have balcony with sea view, so they are very bright, except three situated on the ground floor with wide windows. The rooms have double bed (accept 2 with sofa-bed), have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Heating and air conditioning are individual. Each room has also a spacious area with satellite TV LCD and sofa-bed, that allows to accommodate other 2 peoples. There are also mini-bar, washing-machine. Linen is changed each three days. The price includes expenses for water, electricity, change of linen, air conditioning, daily cleaning. Extra charge services: Additional bed 20 euros per day Car rental, transfers, baby-sitter – on request. |

Notes on accommodation
Apartments Bellavista and Filicudi - Each room has air conditioning and heating programming with controller. There are furnished also satellite LCD TV, positionable whether in bedroom than in kitchen, ironing board, iron. Linen for bedroom, bath-room and kitchen are supplied in apartment. Extra change of linen on request. On request are on disposal the following services: car rental, transfers, baby-sitter, private garage.
Linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are furnished in the apartment. The prices include expenses for water, electricity and gas. On disposal of the guests there is also a private garage (not included in the price).

Accessibility
The apartments are on the third/second floor, so not indicated for people with mobility problems. There are other apartments on the ground floor adapted for those peoples (not stairs).

Golf
The first golf course of Sicily was created in 1989 at Castiglione Di Sicilia: the Picciolo's Golf Club. 18 holes winding between oak woods, hazel-trees and row of vineyards. You can go there in 45 minutes, by highway A18, direction Catania, exit Fiumefreddo di Sicilia; from there go up to Etna Nord S.S.120.
Skiing
Skiing is possible at Mount Etna from November to March.
Travel
The nearest airport is in Catania at 40km always in Catania there is the port; at 40km there are ferryboats of Messina. To arrive at our residence is very easy: take the highway A18 and follow it till the exit of Taormina. Instead of driving up to Taormina, drive direction Taormina Mare. Down on the main street you turn left and keep straight on. After about 2km you will arrive at Letojanni. At the entrance of the village turn left direction Mazzeo ‘Taormina Mare’.
Distances
From here you can visit the enchanting village of Taormina(about 4km), rich of culture and history, going by mini-bus (bus stop at 20 m. from us) or by cable railway (1km from us). The nearest village is Letojanni. It is also interesting to visit the surrounding valleys (Alkantara, Nisi, Agrò); to make trips on the majestic Etna's volcano; trips in the historic Sicilian towns, as Siracusa, Agrigento, Noto, Enna, Modica, Palermo, Cefalù. In our wonderful Island you will spend relaxing holiday.
Further details
In our little town you should find most things you will need: we have some shops, as mini-market, newspaper, souvenir, restaurants, pizzerie, bar, other utilities are available at 500 m., as banks, chemist's. In Taormina Mare the principal interest is the sun and the sea; our beach is one of the most beautiful of Sicily.
Booking notes
Payment clause: after the booking is required an advance payment of 30% from the total of the reservation. Balance at the arrival in cash. For longer stays please ask for an offer, you could safe till up to 30%. Deposit 200 euros payable in cash on the spot to charge keys (will be returned after the smooth return of the apartment).

Hello! My name is Pinuccio. I live in Taormina Mare, a wonderful place very close to the sea, in the splendid scenery of the Bay of Taormina, which lies between Capo Sant'Alessio and Capo Mazzarò. I run my residence with Kristina, my girlfriend and my mother Concettina. This type of activity gives us the opportunity to know holidaymakers from all the world and to share with them different way of living.

I have built my Residence in 2005: it is composed of two new buildings of three elevations each, that I tried to organize and to furnish with taste and elegance, to allow the holidaymakers to feel at home, in a clean and familiar ambient, as at home. Our elegant residence offers one of the best solutions for spending pleasant and relaxing holidays in search of sea, art and culture in famous Taormina.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is just at a few steps from the fabulous beach of Taormina Mare and there you can enjoy the sun from March to October. The geographical position allows also to visit all the Sicily in a few time. Only 20/30 minutes and you can visit the surrounding valleys (Alkantara, Nisi, Agrò). A little bit more time, driving by highway, you can organize trips on the majestic Etna volcano or in the historical Sicilian towns such as Siracusa, Agrigento, Noto, Enna, Modica, Palermo, Cefalù.
