The apartment is situated in a typical Italian hillside town located 13 kms inland from the seaside resort of San Remo, on the edge of the Italian Riviera, only one hour's drive from Nice airport or 2 hours from Genoa. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. If you want a holiday where you can walk through fabulous countryside, paint fantastic scenery or explore the beautiful from Monaco to Porofino, then this is the holiday for you.

Notes on prices
At any time of the year, add an extra £50 per week for 3 or more persons.
For lets of 3 weeks or more, pay in full for 1st 2 weeks, 3rd and subsequent weeks at 1/2 price. Short lets of 3 or 4 days from £150 according to season.
Changeover day
We prefer changover days to be Saturday but will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Notes on accommodation
Parking available in the town but no cars are allowed near the apartment which is situated about 2 minutes walk from the main road where you will find various drinking and eating establishments and many shops.

Accessibility
Please note there are steps leading to the apartment and within it making the accommodation unsuitable for those with walking difficulties and/or wheelchairs.
Coast/Beach
A 20 minutes drive to the beaches at San Remo by car; there is also a frequent bus service. Many other resorts along the Riviera are within easy reach by car, bus or train.
Skiing
Skiing is possible in the winter with the resort of Limone in the nearby region of Piedmonte only 60 miles away (96 kms). Limone is an established ski resort with over 80 kms of ski runs.
Special interest holidays
We can arrange specialist tuition for those who wish to paint.
Travel
Nice airport 47 miles; Genoa Airport 83 miles. The use of a car is recommended however, public transport is readily available.

Further details
Ceriana features many local shops, bars and 23 restaurants. Many more facilities are found in the nearby town of San Remo.
