Villa Dinny is a spacious house with one of the largest private gardens in Terracina. It is situated in the lower town and only one block from the beautiful west-facing beaches. Close to all amenities. The holiday accommodation is for 2 persons, self-catering, and is on the 1st floor of the house, reached from the shared main entrance and staircase. It is comprised of a sitting room with access to the large terrace with table and chairs, bedroom, a large bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast table. These rooms are connected by a shared common hallway. There is a trusted and friendly housekeeper - Rosanna, who will assist with your arrival and departure. There is good public transport and a car is not essential, however, free parking is available within the grounds. Guests are encouraged to make use of the garden for relaxing, dining and entertainment.

No preferred day however mid-week flghts are often cheaper.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa. In the distance Monte Circeo dominates the view along the coast. Above all this rises the ancient acropolis of Anxur atop spectacular Monte Giove. There are splendid views from there and on clear days Mount Vesuvius, Capri and Ischia may be seen.
Travel
Terracina is 60 miles from both Rome and Naples airports, about 2 hours by car or train to Monte San Biagio and connecting bus. A car is not essential as public transport is good (main bus station is a 10 minute walk). There is no car hire agency in Terracina.
Distances
The historic centre is 20 minutes walk (partly uphill). Sperlonga and its beaches 17 km; San Felice Circeo 20 minutes; Sabaudia, Gaeta, Formia, Fondi, Fossa Nova Abbey all about 30 minutes away; Ninfa, Sermoneta, Monte Cassino, Caserta Palace and Gardens about 1.5 hours away.
Further details
There is a wide range of cafes, bars, pizzerias and restaurants in town and at the beaches, all within easy walking distance; good inexpensive food and wine are available. There are small supermarkets, a farmers market, and a fish market in town. In the summer there are frequent outdoor concerts and festivals.

There is a £100 deposit for the first week required at time of booking, balance payable on arrival in euros. Additional weeks by arrangement.
