Accessibility
The property is situated a two hundred yard walk from where you park - leading you through a gorgeous ruined hamlet. Although beautiful, this path is not suitable for disabled and elderly people.
Outside
A 9m x 5m PRIVATE liner pool set in decking with garden furniture. The garden is large with ample playing area and is entirely fenced off. As stated earlier, this property is set alone and NOT overlooked.

45 mins from nearest beach, 1 hour from the stunning resort of Viareggio.

About the owner
I am half English, half Italian, living in London in the fabulous position of owning my own villa in Italy. I still watch "A Place in the Sun" and then kick myself because I need look no longer. We owned the villa for many years before deciding to rent but the villa is a home, which you are welcome and we hope your holidays is a tranquil, inspiring and uplifting as our are.
Year purchased: 1997
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I am half Italian and my family is from Lucca. We have our roots there, but our hearts lie in the Lunigiana region where we spent idyllic childhood holidays and where we now take our own children. This really is a magical location and with the addition of a pool, I can only describe the villa and its location as incredible.
