This newly appointed holiday apartment is in the beautiful Lake Garda resort of Lazise. It is in a quiet location approximately a 10 minute walk from the historic centre of Lazise and has many lovely restaurants, bars and pizzerias nearby. The apartment is in the brand new Le Camelie Residence, with landscaped gardens, private swimming pool and lovely lake views and offers the ideal combination of exclusivity, in a convenient and stunningly attractive location in the Italian Lakes. Situated on the 2nd (top floor), Le Camelie features a large South facing balcony enjoying sunshine all day. For families there are many other attractions in the area including Gardaland theme park, Movieland (Movie Studios Park), Aqua Paradise park and the Zoo all within easy travelling distance. Plus there are the Lake Garda paddle steamers to take you to any of the other lovely lakeside towns. Venice, Verona and Milan are all popular excursions from this area.

Notes on prices
Prices include the cost of final cleaning but you may wish to add 15 euros per person for linen and towel rental.
Please note all monies are paid to the letting agent in Italy in Euros, so there may be some currency fluctuation in the sterling amount quoted. Prices have now been reduced for October including half term week. The changeover day in October can be Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
The apartment is free for half term week in October 2008.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Friday but there is some flexibility. If a Friday is not convenient, I am in contact with other owners nearby who sometimes change on a Saturday and I can put you in touch with them.
| Bedrooms: | 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds (not bunks). The single bedroom has a TV and Sony Playstation 3 which can also play DVDs plus a selection of games. 2 extra guests can be accommodated on the sofabed. There are no bunk beds |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with shower cubicle, handbasin, toilet and bidet. An automatic washing machine is also situated in the bathroom which is the norm for Italian properties. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted with a Bosch oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker and all cutlery, crockery and utensils. The apartment is very well equipped. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room consists of a sofa bed, chairs and occasional tables and one main dining table if required (most meals are eaten on the balcony). There is also cupboard space with a satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi with a selection of DVDs and CDs provided. |
| Other: | There is a private lockable garage and a separate outdoor parking space. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are optional and can be provided by the local letting agent at a cost of 15 euros per person. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a large south facing balcony and gets sunshine all day. It is equipped with a table suitable for six people plus two sun loungers and an electric canopy. The balcony has a direct view to the swimming pool and a lake view to the West. There is also central heating for out of season/winter residents although this is only necessary at night.
This is a fully no smoking apartment in all areas including the balcony.
The letting agent can also supply a cot and a highchair if required.
Accessibility
The property is on the second floor. The stairs are not steep but there is not a lift. It is therefore not suitable for disabled guests. However, if a disabled guest wishes to stay at Le Camelie I can put them in touch with neighbours who have a ground floor apartment which may be suitable.
Outside
There are lovely landscaped gardens and a private swimming pool which is solely for Le Camelie guests.
Sun loungers are provided which can be taken to the pool.
Coast/Beach
The property is in Lazise, an incredibly picturesque lakeside town on Lake Garda. It is only a 15 minute walk to Lazise and Lake Garda. There are numerous restaurants, bars and pizzerias nearby and in Lazise itself particularly along the beautiful shoreline and harbour.
Golf
Paradiso del Garda at Peschiera 8km. Golf Club Ca' degli Ulivi at Costermano Holes 10km. Golf Club Verona at Sommacampagna 13km. Garda Golf and Country Club at Soiano Del Lago 20km.
Special interest holidays
There are extensive sailing and watersports facilities on the lake as well as tennis and golf courses nearby and many other sports.
Cycle rental is also possible from a nearby cycle shop.

If you arrive at Verona airport a car is not necessary, however for any other airport including Verona Brescia, a car is recommended.

Lazise is a pretty little town with plenty to see and do!
The apartment is really lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated. The lounge and main bedroom are a good size. We also appreciated the DVD player ! The apartment is in a great location (and quiet), so easy to get to the many interesting places that must be visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lake Garda!
