Large living room with dinner table a double sofa bed TV and DVD and a separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The apartment has central heating for those who wish to come out if season and a large terrace all a round the house where you can sunbathe or dine while taking in the spectacular views over the sea with barbecue area. There is a private entrance and space for cars.

The 24 kilometres breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of unreachable beaches. The path, is perfect for families and cyclists.

Travel
By car from Milan: Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest. From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow for Sa. Lorenzo al mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza drive for 700 metres and Strada Renovi is on your left.
Further details
There are many surrounding villages within easy driving distance and the nearest town is Porto Maurizio 6 km where there is an enclosed market and many banks shops hairdressers etc. Imperia is just a few kms further along where you can eat lunch at one of the many port side restaurants and watch the fishermen bring in their daily catch.
