La Casa is a restored farmhouse situated in unspoilt and hilly countryside 9 km from the historic centre of Fano (Fanum Fortunae) and from its long beach (blue flag). Around the house a great vineyard producing red and white D.O.C. wine. The garden (1000 sq.m.) is fully furnished with relaxing corners, there is a sunny terrace, very panoramic and well equipped for outside eating with barbecue, tables and chairs. The all area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and safe for children. Both the garden and the parking area are closed by an automatic gate. Only 1 km from the house there is a little village with shops, bank, supermarkets, post office, chemist-shop and whatever is needed. This, is the ideal place to have one-day excursions to the beach or to the many delightful, fortified medieval hilltop towns, each with a fascinating history. All the roads to the house are asphalted making easy the access to the vehicles. The apartments are situated at the first floor (55 sq.m.).

This is a relaxing, away-from-it-all holiday and in the meantime it's enough 10 minutes driving to be, why not, in a very coloured market!

Ancona ferry-boat: 65km
