Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are asked to leave by 10.00 and arrive after 3.00pm as it is a large house and takes quite a while to clean properly.

Notes on accommodation
Casivieri is ideal for anyone wanting to escape the heat of Italy in mid summer. Set quite high in the hills the temperature falls at night to a comfortable level. Nevertheless, fans are available in every room.
Accessibility
Not suitable for the elderly or infirm as there are a number of steps. Ideal for small children as there is no traffic or other people to worry about.
Outside
A veranda immediately outside the kitchen provides an ideal location for eating alfresco, while still being able to see the pool. The pool is 8 x 5m and completely private.
The tennis court was built in 2007 and has a highly polished concrete surface. Ideal for both beginners and the more accomplished. BBQ available.
Free to roam throughout the immediate vicinity. Ideal for walkers who can explore the immediate countryside from any direction.
Coast/Beach
The best beaches are on the West Coast, but this is a two and a half hour drive so you'll need to stay overnight.
Golf
15 minutes to 18 hole golf course.
Special interest holidays
Painting, cookery, riding etc all available on request.

Perugia 1 hour. Florence 1.5 hours. Bologna 2 hours. Pisa 2.5 hours. Ancona and Rimini 2.5 hours. Rome 3 hours.

Booking notes
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 10% deposit. Balance of the payment will be due six weeks prior to departure. A £250 refundable deposit is requested to cover breakages.
