Walking out of the apartment a myriad of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and one of the most popular Gelato in town.

Christmas/Easter holiday additional 10%. Rates are negotiable. 20% deposit is request upon booking, bank transfer, PayPal. Cancellation Policy:up to 90 days prior to the arrival date deposit will be refunded less Euro 15 for bank and postal fee. Less than 90 there will be no refund, however we may consider your deposit toward another reservation during and exclusively the low season (Jan7/Feb29, Nov 6/Dec22) This option is valid only with in six months from cancellation date

45 minutes to reach the trendy Sperlonga Beach or Circeo.
In summer season a frequent service of ferry will take you at Ponza Island, leaving from Fiumicino.
Surfer: 40 minutes driving to reach Banzai Beach.

Travel
30 minutes driving or by train to Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport(taxi provided).
1 hour driving to the port of Civitavecchia. Car is not needed while in Rome in this very central apartment, we suggest to drop the rental car at Fiumicino airport and we provide for taxi service to pick the guests up from there to the apartment or vice-versa.

Ostia Antica, Tivoli, Castel Gandolfo (Summer Pope's residence), Ariccia, Frascati, Viterbo. Florence can be reach by train 1.5 hour, Pompei tour can be done daily.

Via dei Coronari is one of the most ancient, important, fashionable and "chic" streets in Rome: the street was opened in 1475, by Pope Sisto IV, to allow pilgrims to reach Saint Peter's Basilica without passing through the labyrinth of alleys. It is nearly 500 meters long, leads to Piazza Navona and it is lined by 15th and 16th century beautiful buildings.

The present name of the street derives from the many merchants who sold here sacred images and crowns (in Italian “ corone ”) to pilgrims until the XIX century. Today via dei Coronari is a pedestrian street, very famous in Rome because it is still the reign of antique shops. Along the street on both sides there are plenty of antique shops and galleries selling the best Rome can offer of these articles. Many of these shops have a tradition in buying and selling antique furniture that started many years ago. Here it is possible to find pieces of every century: lamps, chairs, writing desks, pictures, prints.
Transportation from and to the airport can be organized.From Fiumicino Airport: up to 3 people € 50, 4/5 people €60 with mini van, 6/7 people € 70 with mini van, extra charge of € 5 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Driver will be out side the custom (no problem if your flight is not on time and run late) with the sign with your name.Clients are not allowed to exeed the number of guets specified in the resevation form, unless an agreement has been reached prior with the owner.

Booking notes
20% deposit is required at booking (bank transfer, Pay Pal), the balance will be paid in cash at check in. If cancellation is prior 90 days deposit will be refund (less 15 euros for postal/bank fee). Security deposit is not request.
Late check in: from 9 pm to 12 pm extra charge €25, from 12pm to 7am extra € 40
