The village is located on the edge of the Majella National Park (Parco Nazionale della Maiella) in the Abruzzo region of Italy. It’s 40 minutes drive from both the scenic beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the striking Apennie mountain range. The house is perfect for people wanting to enjoy the outdoors whether that be sitting on the balconies listening to the church bells and birds, exploring the surrounding hills, trails and medieval villages, skiing in stunning mountain ranges, or swimming in the clear warm sea! The house has been sympathetically restored blending old features with mod cons and the house would ideally accommodate two couples or one small family.

About the owner
I live and work in London as a Personal Property Finder and had a dream about buying a house in Italy. I learnt about Abruzzo through reading lots of Italian property magazines and doing Internet research, then finally I went there to view some property. After seeing about 10 different properties it was this one which I fell in love with. It has certainly been a labour of love restoring it which I have gained much pleasure from. Not that staying in the house during renovations a few times with no heating and hot water in winter was that fun! But it's all been a fantastic experience. I try and go over to the house about once every 1 or 2 months to enjoy the house and keep up my Italian practice! For more information on the property finding I do please visit website.
