This "casale" has stunning views over Orvieto and Rocca Ripesena. It is set in the midst of a 50 acres estate surrounded by olive trees and woods. Very secluded. Wonderful swimming pool 12 x 6 meters. Lovely gardens. Also has a vegetable garden and lots of fruit trees.

La Carota has such charm ,reminiscent from a place from a bygone world .The gardens, the trees, the setting ...amongst the wild life ,owls, bat, porcupione, deer , wild boar .. and the occasional french girl !( Andrew Oldland)

About the owner
Hello ! I am a fashion photographer, I've lived in London , loving it ,for 19 years. Am now in Orvieto and occasionally travelling to Milano, Paris and London for Italian Vogue. My girlfriend, her son (aged 16), my son (aged 13) and myself live on the estate in a totally seperate house. I tend to always think positive (there are never problems, only solutions !). Looking forwards to meet you! P.S. This is a very "fashion pic of me!"

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Because it has the most beautiful position and view. It also is totally secluded and away from reality !!! I fell
in love with it as soon as I saw it ( one needed an enormous amount of imagination as it was practically non existent.
