The apartment is situated in a small building at the second floor of two grounds. It hosts 2+2 people. It is near the church of Santa Croce, 10 minutes walking from the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and all the most important places of interest of Florence. The apartment is about 65 square mts with wooden floors and typical frameworks of beams on the ceiling, recently restored and fully furnished with television,wifi access, air-conditioning, single heating, washing machine, iron and safe.

The apartment is inside the restricted area where is forbidden the car access without a permission but at 50 mts there is payment parking. You dont need a car to visit Florence.

What a wonderful home away from home. We loved sitting on the terrace with a view of Fiesole and the Tower of Giotto.

Me and my husband live in the beautiful country between Florence and Siena with our two Great Danes and a cat. Our two children 'left the nest', the girl lives in Florence, the boy studies in Scotland.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When we bought the apt. we divided in two smaller and
we renewed them at all, for our children. Actually the girl lives in one of them and the boy lives in Glasgow most of the year.We love to share the apartment available with tourists who like to visit Florence, until he will be back at the end of his University courses. The district is amazing, full of life, with the near Market of S.Ambrogio and many restaurants and bars. It is out from the tourists crowd, but in a walking distance from the main Monuments. It is inside the restricted area for traffic, but there are paying parking nearby.

We had many guests during these years, many of them
came back, many became friends. All of them feel at home, because the apt. is cosy, comfortable, well equipped, bright and quiet. All of them love the Market, because they can find all kind of goods and sellers are very friendly.
