Situated on the north west of Sardinia, between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. The residence Calarossa is located 5km from Isola Rossa, an ancient seaport with gardens, small squares and characteristic stepped streets, arches and warrens, which takes its name from the red rocky islets in the bay. Sardinia with its superb coastline of crystal clear water is one of the most favourite holiday destinations. Costa Paradiso coast's name comes from the marvellous scenery of this central - northern part of the island. There are 8 kilometres of red rocks shaped by the wind and transformed into interesting sculptures that can be seen from the transparent waters of the Sardinian sea, divided by small bays that are surrounded by the green Mediterranean vegetation that reaches the hinterland. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island is Li Cossi, bordered by rocky walls of yellow-pink granite that overhang and close in around the wide beach of fine, light-coloured sand.

Heading south, under the lee of the Tinnari mountain, you'll come across Tinnari beach, formed by a doubled arch and surrounded by big rocks that look like animal sculptures.

Costa Paradiso and surrounding areas is one of the most beautiful unspoilt coasts in Sardinia. with white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea, hidden bays and coves and a land of beautiful unsploit nature and much more to be discovered, you will find local selling freshly grown fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, wine and fresh fish along the coast road. There are many local festivals and all are invited. The Sardinians are known for their warm hospitality.
Travel
Costa Paradiso, with its peculiar red rocks and crystal waters, is only 90 km and 80 km far from, respectively, the two international Airports of Alghero-Fertilia and Olbia. The latter and Porto Torres are also famous for being served by daily ferries from the mainland. Both airports have regular low_cost flights (Ryan Air and Easyjet, just to name a few) from London (stansted, Liverpool, East Midlands, Dublin, Frankfurt (Hann), Dusseldorf (Weeze), Stockolm (Skavsta) and Barcellona (Girona).
