The residence boasts a huge outdoor pool, all year round heated jacuzzi, private balconies or terraces, enticing lake views, ample secure private parking and above all, the perfect haven to relax your batteries whilst embracing a little dolce vita!

Notes on accommodation
Full central heating. The apartments have been purpose built with specially constructed walls to keep the apartment cool in summer hence air conditioning is not necessary although fans can be made available on request. Steps within apartments may deem the home unsuitable for elderly, infirm or young children (one flight of stairs only).

Accessibility
Ground floor apartments and first floor apartments have 1 set of stairs which mean these are not suitable for elderly or disabled clients. Young children welcome providing parents take responsibility for children as the residence has a large pool.

Outside
The residence is set in acres of parkland with a wonderful lake view. Huge 16 x 16 communal pool Open May to September (weather dependant)(weather dependant!) plus heated jacuzzi open all year round. Please ask to view photos! The home features secure private parking (some of the apartments include a garage, however all cars can park within the secure, gated grounds next to the residence for peace of mind, 2 cars per apartment).

Coast/Beach
Lido golden sand manmade beach in Lenno approx 5 min drive
Park in Tremezzo and Ossuccio for sunbathing 5 mins walk and 5 minutes drive.

Golf
Menaggio golf club is 10 minutes drive, please ask for more details.

Skiing
Skiing available locally in Lanzo 30 minutes. 90 mins to Madesimo. 2 hours to San Moritz - worth it alone for the scenic drive!

Distances
The famous Villa Carlotta majestic gardens are a delightful lake front walk from your home. Bellagio, Menaggio, Como and all lakeside villages accessible from Tremezzo ferry port which is approx 5 min walk from your home meaning a car is not essential to get out and about around the lake.Minimarket, bank, bars, restaurants, fruit and veg, fresh bread all just a short walk from the residence.

We can provide a full list of recommended places to visit and restaurants to help you get the most from your stay with each booking or just ask us! Probably the best wine bar on the lake is situated 10 minutes walk from the residence offering 300 plus different wines to sample with expert assistance from the English speaking owner, the terrace in the summer months sipping wine, accompanied by local meats and cheese, under the stars at Il Cantinere is a highlight of many a guests stay! The spa at near by Lenno offers pampering to the highest degree with all manner of different treatments (ask for details). The lido di lenno is popular for sunbathing on golden sand next to the lake during the day, sipping cocktails of an evening and dancing the night away at this stylish night spot! The greenway which runs close to the residence offers an idyllic pathway to explore the lake, churches for the more energetic! Como City is a 40 min drive to an stylish Italian city par excellence with gothic cathedrals, pretty piazzas, boutiques and cafe culture in abundance. Bergamo, especially, the old City is underrated and well worth an afternoon if heading in that direction to the airport. Internet cafe (5 min drive) or internet availability at the residence (30 euro per week key for internet access pre-booked only).
