Colle delle Querce (Oaktree Hill) is positioned on a hillside overlooking unspoiled Umbrian countryside with a lovely view of Todi and the Tiber river below.
It consists of two renovated stone villa separated by a courtyard, on seven and a half hectares (about 18 acres) of land that contains a pool, a small vineyard, over 500 olive trees, a 40-tree fruit orchard, a large vegetable garden and a small forest. For more details and photos, please see our website. One villa (Casa Oliveto) is a fully independent 140sqm. (1500sqft) 2 bedroom cottage enclosed in its own grounds. The other villa (Casa Vigneto) has two studio apartments, each with its own private entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette. They may be rented separately or together (total sleeps 8/10).

Prices shown are for the property(s) per week in Euros. If one party rents all 3 units, the special fee is 2,400 Euros.
Changeover day
Booking is for a minimum of 1 week. The changeover day is Saturday, arrival between 4pm and 6pm, and departure by 10am.

Booking notes
We are open from April though October.
To secure rental, a deposit of 30% is to be paid when booking the reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Also we request a Security Deposit of Euro 250 for the Casa Olivetto, and Euro 200 for each studio, payable upon arrival. It will be returned within 14 days after departure.
