We are glad to introduce you to 2 independent farmhouses: Ripa Bianca, the first, with 3 very large bedrooms (6 people can sleep in it + children) and the other, Le Coste, with 3 bedrooms (6-7 people) and with a pool in the middle of the property, shared with all the guests (attention: seasonal poll!). La Polverosa holiday farm spreads over a surface of about 120 hectares on which the main villa and other independent houses of different sizes are situated. All the holiday-houses have a view onto an unspoilt landscape and lie 6km south of Orvieto between the regions of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. The the guests have free access to the private La Polverosa swimming-pool (12 x 6m). Each holiday house can be rented for periods which vary from 1 week to 1 month or even longer or if you require, for shorter periods: a week end, Christmas or Easter holiday etc.

Notes on prices
Prices are per property per week in euros.
The price includes towels, sheets, blankets and final cleaning.
Electricity, gas and hot water cost 8 per adult per week.
There can be some special periods with special prices, please write us or look at our website.
Changeover day
In middle and high season the changeover day is always Saturday.
In low season, please ask and if it is possible we will be glad to help you arriving in the day you have chosen.

Le Coste (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6/7)

Le Coste is a 2 storey building with inside staircase. On the first floor youll find 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 baths, a living room with a fireplace, a terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a divan-bed, a dining room, a kitchen, a veranda, a store room. The holiday-house is surrounded by a garden which affords a nice and open view of the valley. The holiday-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture, equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week. You can use the pool in the middle of the property, shared with the other guests. You can reach it by nice country roads, inside the property. |

Notes on accommodation
All the houses are furnished with old country furniture, equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue. Towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.
On request we can add cots and little beds for children.
Animals are admitted.
Outside
All the farmhouses have their private garden with panoramic view, with barbecue, gazebo or porch to eat also outside.
Ripa Bianca and Le Coste share the pool in the middle of the property, in a nice valley.
Special interest holidays
Artistic places: Orvieto, Baschi, Sermugnano, Viterbo, Perugia, Todi, Bomarzo, Civita di Bagnoregio, Assisi, Bolsena and a lot of small and charming towns of the Middle Age. Rome is far only 110 km (1 hour by car). We send to all our guest a list of useful addresses with typical restaurants, festivals (about food, wine, music, theatre etc). Natural places: Bolsena Lake, Alviano Oasis, Corbara Lake, Trasimeno Lake, Mount Rufeno Natural Park, Calanchi Valley.
