It is a nice apartment in first line in front of the sea, in the middle of the town, very closed to the beach (50 meters) with boats station in front, on the road to Portofino that is five kilometers away. Pizzerie, bar and magazines are very close, and also bank, at one corner of the place, and pharmacy, on the other corner. The panorama you can enjoy is beautiful. Very closed also to Villa Durazzo you can see from the back (kitchen and bathroom) of the apartment. The apartment is at the fourth floor without lift (it is an old home of fisherman) but steps are slow and is well lighted.

| Living Rooms: | Living, dining room inside: table for six persons with chairs, sofa bed for one person, large plasma TV, DVD recorder. |

Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned before the arrival of guests. The change,on request at the arrival, at payment directly to the girl who effects the change, is effected weekly, on Saturday, and the price is euro 10 a person, |
Notes on accommodation
It is suitable for children as it has no balcony in front, the only little balcony on the back has a net for children.
Nothing to add, we have a cot also for youngest children.
Accessibility
It is not suitable for wheelchair users: sorry.
Outside
Parking at payment in front.
It should not be difficult to find a place gratis for the car in the surrounds.
Coast/Beach
Fifty meters to the first beach.
The other beaches, after the harbour are at about five hundred meters.
Two kilometers to the beach of Paraggi, you can reach by autobus also.
Golf
Three kilometer from the Gulf Club of Rapallo.
If people arrive by car, the first thing they see at Rapallo is the Golf Club,
Travel
Airport of Genoa at forty kilometers.
There is an efficient service of autobus and Cinque Terre may be reached by train or by boat.

Portofino is 5 kilometers away,
Rapallo is 2,5 kilometers away.
Genoa is 27 kilometers away.

The apatment is very closed to every service as it is in the middle of the town.

About the owner
My name is Rosa Tea Borzone, my husband was Mr Portacolone.
I was born in the apartment number 7 many many years ago, I have three sons and now I live in the neaborough of Turin.
After many years from my wedding my husband bought the apartment in front of apartment 7, where lived his mother in law, and I spent my holidays in the apartment 8 that I appreciated very much.
Both apartments are nice and when people arrive in the bottom forget the steps done.
