Pinetrees is a newly built villa surrounded by countryside, approx 5km from the village of Cardedu in the area of Ogliastra, on the island of Sardinia. This area is popular with Italian holidaymakers, especially in August, who regard it as being the most beautiful region of Sardinia both for it's beaches and mountains. Situated far away enough from the main airports to still be little frequented by other tourists.

Accessibility
Both flats may be accessed without the use of stairs.
Outside
Both flats have verandahs and plenty of outdoor space. On the land, there are fruit trees and woods, through which to wander. Barbecue. Table, chairs, reclining sun loungers and cane furniture on verandahs. Use of private tennis court at 1 km. No parking problems.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Museddu (marina di Cardedu), a 10-minute drive. This is a long (approx 2km) stretch of beach with lifeguards in summer. Pedalos, wind surfing equipment and other items are available for hire on the beach and there are several bars.
Travel
Cagliari airport: 100km (approx 1 hour 45 minutes). Olbia airport: 200km (approx 2 hours). Alghero airport: 270km (approx 2 hrs 45 mins).
