This 200 year old stone farmhouse sits on a hill over looking the valley of Montepulciano. The property sits in 4 acres of garden, surrounded by woods and vineyards. All the bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms and fantastic views of either Montepulciano or Montefollonico. Outside the farmhouse there is a large terrace with views over the vineyards, olive trees and the rolling Tuscan Hills. Inside the farmhouse all the rooms have high oak beamed ceilings and are bright and spacious. The lounge is equipped with a widescreen 46 inch LCD TV, DVD player and surround sound speakers. DVD films can be borrowed free of charge from the owner. Both WiFi and cable broadband internet connections are available in the villa. The beds have white Egyptian cotton sheets with 4 pillows. The towels are also white Egyptian cotton, including pool towels. The large 12x6m pool has fantastic views over Montepulciano. Sunbeds and pool towels are provided.

The pool is 12x 6m and overlooks Montepulciano. Poolside furniture is provided. There is a large terrace with table and chairs outside the kitchen.
Travel
La Casina is located 5km from the ancient town of Montepulciano, in Siena. Just 10km from the A1 motorway autostrada of Bettole, you can quickly reach Siena, Florence and Cortona. We are also very close to the town of Pienza. Ryanair fly to Perigia which is the closest airport being just 45 minutes drive away. British Airways, Easyjet and RyanAir all fly to Pisa airport, which is 2.5 hours drive. Rome Campino Airport is also about 2.5 hours drive, served by Easyjet and Ryanair.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is payable on booking. A security deposit of 500 euros is payable of arrival. In the event of you cancelling the booking, a full refund will be made, providing the week is rebooked.
