In the heart of Sorrento Coast,near to Positano (14km),Sorrento(8km),Amalfi, Vesuvio,Pompei,Capri.Real countryside with a quiet, private swimming pool.The property is composed by three units, a main country house,La Fonte del Riccio,its"dependance"Il Mirto and Margherita and close,a little house-shelter,L'Arca.From the houses you enjoy a beautiful view on Napoli Gulf and sunsets on the islands of Ischia and Procida.The three units are close each other.So if you come with friends or with another family it is also possible to rent both of them.At an altitude 400m on s.l. it's very fresh,also in summer,looking south-west,to enjoy marvellous sunsets.The nearest beach is at 5km, Pebbly and rocky beach. The units are three detached houses, the bigger one with 2 floors,a porch and a garden gazebo and the smallest at ground floor with a wooden patio and a terrace.nearest Shops at 500m,Restaurant at 600m,Train station at 7km(Sorrento),village at 1km,Bus stop at 500 m,Napoli airport at 65km.

Notes on prices
There is a caution fee of 250 euros for both houses that you must pay cash at your arrival and we'll give back at your departure if the house and things are OK . If you want bed and bath linen is 15 euro\person. There is also an obligatory payment for the final cleanings that is 50 euros for bigger and 30 euros for smaller house. In winter time, the heating is not included but is calculated apart. Also the electricity for sauna in unit 1 is apart.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day.

The house is very close by Il Mirto e Margherita. So if you want to come with friends or another family you can also rent both the houses. | |

Take the motorway Napoli-Salerno,exit at Castellammare di Stabia,follow directions for Sorrento-S.Agata sui due golfi. By train:from Napoli Centrale station take the Circumvesuviana to Sorrento and then a bus to S.Agata.By sea:from Napoli's Beverello Harbour take hydrofoil to Sorrento and then a bus to S.Agata.By plane:From Capodichino Airport take a bus to Sorrento and then a bus to S.Agata.The access to the carpark is limited to cars no wider than 1,65m,due to a small country road to get there
Outside
The swimming pool is shared with the three units. The size 9.5mt per 4mt. Swimming pool beds and chairs are provided, and a amaca and outdoor games for kids.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at 5km. The others are at 6-7 km also in sand.
Travel
Car hire or use is recommended. If you hire it small ones (e.g. Fiat 500, Atos, Panda) are preferred, otherwise you can park along the country path leading to the house.

Booking notes
To book the house you have to make a bank transfer of 30% of the total price, then the balance is required maximum 2 months before the stay. A cash caution fee is required of euro 250 at the beginning of the stay and we'll give back to you at the end of your holiday.

"The house was in a stunning secluded and very private part of S Agatha and Massa lubrense and within such close proximity of Sorrento. It also was a short drive fro Positano and the Amalfi coast. Its a stone throw away from il deserto monastery, from which you could have a spetacular veiw of the bay of Naples. The house was very homely and very comfortable. the beds were the most suprassing of all in their sheer comfort. It was like being literally at home. This is a house that is enjoyable in all kinds of weather, in winter its very warm, a warmth that is provided by the wooden stove that i so proudly became partial to. The size of the property is comfortable and spacious and with every room with a variety of good quality furnishings and decorative antiques. We all loved it and at times it was hard for us to prize ourselves away from the house in order to enjoy the surrounding sites, as we found it very relaxing and laid back.

My wife(teacher in classic literature)and I(counselor in psychotherapy) both work, but spend most of our holidays and weekends in Costiera,where we really fallen in love with the country,since 1992.

We love Costiera because of the fantastic climate and places in the area: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and Pompei nearby.
There are beautiful beaches and walks and..3 of the first 10 restaurants in all Italy!
There really is something for everyone here.
The area is easily accessible from Napoli airport about 1,15 hours drive away.
The property, at the height of 400mt. on the sea, is surrounded by nature and olive trees, beautiful view on sunsets and the gulf of Napoli,few minutes walkin from S.Agata sui 2 Golfi, with stores, bars, restaurants but far from crowds and noisy.
Unique benefits of the property
The property has unique view and location, with fireplace, and sauna (la Fonte), wood stove and barbeque (il Mirto ) both with garden and terrace using the same private pool.
The houses both have a family touch 'cause we and our friends go there often to have a rest from the town.
