In the beautiful and charming area of Borgo Pio, a minute walk far from S. Peter's Square and Castle S. Angelo we offer you our apartments in a lovely "fin de siecle" building. We have 2 nice apartments, composed of 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable to host up to 4-5 people, the rates are simply incomparable to every hotel in the area. On the top of the building our guests have access to a furnished terrace with sun shade, table and chairs where they can spend their afternoons and evenings relaxing with a view of the Roman rooftops. The Metro station “Ottaviano San Pietro” is at 5 minutes walk and there are many bus lines. In the area there are lots of typical restaurants, bars, supermarkets, groceries and the elegant shopping streets Via Cola di Rienzo and Ottaviano. In a few minutes walk you arrive to the Vatican Museums, to the main tourist attractions and the nicest parks of the city. Good connections to the seaside and to the lake of Bracciano by train (Station S.Pietro).

Low Season: 7 January - 30 March 1 July - 31 August2 November - 19 December. Peak Season: 30 March - 14 July
1 September - 1 November Christmas Time: +15%. Discount for last minutes bookings. Long stay. Reduction for children under 6. Prices are all inclusive, there is not any supplementary surprise surcharge and no damage deposit required at check in. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure until 11am. Baggage deposit.

Accessibility
Our apartments are located on the second and third floor. There is no lift but the stairs are easy.
Outside
Access to the furnished terrace on the top floor of the building with sun shade, table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
You can arrive in half an hour by train the beaches of Ostia and Marina di Cerveteri. The lake of Bracciano is reachable by train in 50 minutes.
Golf
Within 30 minutes driving you can reach the most famous golf clubs in Rome like: Sheraton Parco Dei medici, Golf Club Arco di Costantino, Olgiata Golf Club, Tevere Golf, Parco di Roma Golf Club.
Skiing
No further than 2 hours by car.

Travel
From Fiumicino airport, take the no-stop train 'Leonardo Express' to Termini railway station, leaving the Airport from 6:37am to 23:37pm every 30 min. From Ciampino Airport, take the bus connection to Termini Railway Station. From Termini station, bus n. 40 Express or 64.
Ciampino airport is 30km distance. We can arranged transfers from the airport it costs 40 euros. 6 Metro Stops from Station Termini.
Distances
Ostia Antica, Tivoli, Castel Gandolfo (summer Pope's residence), Ariccia, Frascati, Viterbo. Florence can be reach by train 1 1/2 hour, Pompei tour can be done daily.
Booking notes
if you want to book you have to pay by Western Union or bank transfer 25 per cent of the total price. You pay the rest cash when you arrive in Rome.
The total cost does not change in case of postponed check-in day or early check-out day.
