Villa "Enjoy the Silence" is divided in two units available individually or bookable together, each one with independent garden and separate entrance. It is situated in one of the most uncontaminated zone of San Vito Lo Capo, rich of spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation, in a very quiet and panoramic area, only 700 metres. from the sea with beautiful view over the cliffs. Here you find quiet and silence in front of a breathtaking panorama, not only sea-view. A path, rather steep (red marked) among the rocks, directly brings to a very inviting sea in about 15 minutes from the house and continuing trough a grove of Manna, among narrow passages among the rocks, you’ll arrive at 'Venus lake' (salt water), about 40 minutes from house. Situated in a magical position next to 'old Tonnara' (tunny-fishing grounds, sea entrance, 2 km) and between 'Zingaro Nature Reserve' (8km) and the white sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo (3.5km).

Prices are for unit 1 'Enjoy the Silence' for 4 people per week in Euros,
and for unit 2 'Maya' for 2 people per week in Euros. The price includes:
Bed linen and towels.
Gas (range), water, electricity.
2 beach umbrellas.
Car parking out side the garden.
Final cleaning 'Enjoy the Silence' charges € 80.
Final cleaning 'Maya' charges € 40.
On request Baby-cot € 40, bed linen included.
Wn winter there is a surcharge for heating.
Rate depending on the number of persons.
Changeover day
Change over day: Saturday. During Off and Low season It can be possible to arrive or leave during week days and not necessarily on Saturday.Changeover day negotiable, except in high season! The delivery of the house is normally between 14.00pm.

"Maya" - (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/3)

| Maya is a two-rooms apartment totally equipped (about 28 sm.) A small living/kitchen with cooking facilities, electric oven, table equipment, sofa bed, TV by satellite and gas stove. A double bed room with ceiling fan and mosquito net on window. A full bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and mosquito net on window. An open terrace in the garden, facing the sea, equipped with hammock, sunshade, deck-chairs, barbeque. Outdoor shower with hot water. Parking out side the garden. Final cleaning charges €40 (GBP 35.00) , it does not include the cleaning of barbecue, cooking stove, that has to be left clean and pots and dishes put inside the cupboards. | |

Palermo airports is at about 1,15 hour drive from the house.
Trapani airports is at about 40 mins drive from the house.

In town many facilities - windsurf, diving, tennis, organised trips to the 'Zingaro Nature Reserve' , open-air cinema, open disco dancing, many restaurants with fresh made dishes, pizzas, Sicilian and international dishes, boutiques, beauty centre, supermarket, rent car, hire bike. September is a beautiful month In San Vito.
The temperature is from 20 to 30 degrees, so one can still swim as well as very often in October, when the temperature is from 16 to 25 degrees (celsius). In November as in April there are normally 14-20 degrees, in December 9-16, in January 8-15, in February 9-16, in March 10-17, in April 11-20, in Mai 14-24, in June 18-28.
Booking notes
Discount depending on length of stay. To book a 30% of the rent is required in account by bank transfer. For the remaining amount it will be paid at the check in with a caution (deposit) of € 200 or GBP 170.00. The caution will be given back at the check out.

This is a beautiful and quiet place near the sea. The property very clean, all needed things were provided to us. The owner was accurate and friendly, explained local conditions, travel, shopping and other possibilities. Services at high level. The place appropriate for traveling across Sicily, visiting towns and islands, fishing markets, for swimming and enjoying natural landscape, cliffs, animals, birds etc. This property can be recommended to our friends.
'Very calm and quiet accommodation. Relaxing garden and nice view on the sea. We appreciated very much our stay at San Vito and plan to return next year. Highly recommended location and rental'.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love this place for its silence, broken only by gulls and the sound of cowbells; Above all in Spring and Autumn many cows graze around here. In summer the sun rises from the sea and it is a ball of fire that burns water in many colors. When the sun goes down I lay in the hammock and I never get tired of watching the distant lights of the coast and the clouds that run on the mountains.
