Outside
Garden has barbecue, table and chairs and two sunloungers. There are two bicycles. (Bicycles may also be hired locally)
Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk to miles of beautiful, sandy beaches. Some are quieter with sand dunes and few facilities, others have umbrellas and sunbeds for hire, with cafes and restaurants nearby. (There is an umbrella for the beach at the flat).
Golf
Venice Lido boasts a well-known and particularly attractive 18-hole golf course, running along by the sea. It is about 10-15 minutes bus or cycle ride from the flat.

Venice Marco Polo airport (45 minutes by boat) Venice Treviso airport (50 km from Venice)

Central Venice 10 minutes by waterbus.
Further details
Venice Lido is an old-established residential and holiday seaside resort with many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. In the holiday season these are also open in the evenings along the pretty, tree-lined main street and there is a lovely atmosphere in which to stroll about. Weekly tickets may be bought at the waterbus stop, for travel to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon as well as use of buses on the Lido. Activities include watersports and swimming, cycling, golf and tennis, with sightseeing in Venice just minutes across the water.
Booking notes
Booking form emailed to you on request; complete and send to owner with non-transferable cheque for 25% of rental. Cheque will be held on file and returned to guest on arrival, when payment of the full amount must be paid.

All guests are delighted with the flat and the wonderful location and we have never had a complaint or even an expression of mild disappointment!
