It is situated between Cortona and Umbertide with Gubbio & Assisi to the East, Lake Trasimeno to the South-West, Perugia to the South and Florence an hour and half away to the North.

Prices include weekly change of linen and towels, electricity, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, except central heating in winter. A minimum of one week rental preferred. 400 € deposit required.

Check-in: Saturday 4pm. Checkout: Saturday before 10am.
