Notes on prices
Price are per double bedroom per night in Euros. Italian breakfast included. Cotton bed linen and towels included. For children within 3 years old free travelling cot with cotton linen provided. Half board provided on request, contact us for prices. Minimum stay required only in August (3 nights). Extra cleaning € 15,00 per room. Extra bed-linen € 5,00 per person. Extra towels € 5,00 per person. Room cleaning and bed linen change is once a week. Towels change is twice a week
Changeover day
We're very flexible, no preferred changeover day and no minimum stay required except in August (3 nights). Departure time within 10 am (to allow rooms cleaning).

Accessibility
One of the 6 rooms has been constructed especially for people with mobility problems. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and bidet everything suitable for wheelchairs, handles everywhere. Cars can park in front of the room and there's a ramp to enter it.
Outside
Every room has its little patio, provided with table and chairs to relax outside and enjoy the panoramic view. The rooms themselves and the restaurant are immersed in a big Mediterranean garden where you can have a walk or relax and your children can play. The property develops in different levels/terraces connected with stone stairs and passages.
Coast/Beach
Two km far from the beaches of Bosa Marina (5 min by car).
There are long sandy beaches, little bays, big white rocks to lay, all within 10-15 min driving from our property.
This part of the west coast is still uncontaminated.
Travel
Nearest airport is Alghero (45 km), 45 min by car from Bosa. Nearest port is Porto Torres, 1 hour and 15 min from Bosa. Olbia (137km) and Cagliari (173 km) are both nearly two hours by car. Car hire is useful if you want to visit the surrounding area, but not strictly necessary to get here as you will find bus service and private taxi at Alghero airport and other ports and airports.
Distances
Nearest town is Oristano, 1 hour by car. Nearest village worthwile of a visit is Alghero, 45 min by car, very lively and full of little tiny shops, nightclubs and restaurants. Bosa is also a very good starting point to visit all the coast down towards Oristano: Cabras, Mal di Ventre, Santa Giusta are within 1 hour by car.
Further details
We run a very nice restaurant inside the property and we suggest you to try our traditional dishes while here. Within walking distance you will find other good restaurants in the historical centre. In Bosa you will also find many supermarkets, two pharmacies and a hospital, two banks, a bookshop and some typical products shops (handcrafts, pecorino cheese, Malvasia wine, cold meats and salami).
There's also a lot of excursions you can make: discover the river Temo or the beaches by boat, admire the griffons flight and others wild animals on the way to Alghero by jeep car, spend a day with a shepherd and his herd, tasting his fresh cheese and red wine, hire a bike and follow some ancient path or ride a horse to visit the more hidden corners of the area.

About the owner
We are a couple who moved to Bosa, Sardinia, six years ago. We decided to come here to find a more relaxing way of life and definitely found it. We now have a 3 years old girl and two nice dogs enjoying the peaceful countryside with us.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
We fell in love with this fantastic piece of land because of its fantastic position: 5 minutes walk from the historical centre but immersed in the olive trees and their quietness. Moreover we have a very panoramic view on the Old Castle and the valley of river Temo. We think it's the right place to relax far from the "mad crowd".
Unique benefits of the property
You can really enjoy contact with nature here, but if you like a more active holiday Bosa offers you a lot of things to do such as horse riding (in walking distance from us), trekking, birdwatching, bike-canoe-boat excursions, water sports as windsurf and kitesurf and most of all very good food here at our restaurant or in the town centre.
