Featuring an unforgettable view over the Corbara lake (a wildlife reserve), and far away, you can even notice the shape of the huge Medieval cathedral of the town of Orvieto. The villa with its 460 square meters is wide and comfortable in order to host up to 10 people. Changeover day
We prefer to arrange all the arrivals on Saturdays, and we rent out the property weekly. We can talk about the departure times which should be at 11.30 am

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for children, as the swimming pool will be greatly appreciated from them. Moreover, the property is enclosed and does not present dangers.
Accessibility
The property is suitable also for people with mobility problems as far as it is on 2 levels, and it is also possible to use only the floor level of the property. Kitchen and 3 bathrooms are in fact in the floor level.
Outside
The outside space is about 10 hectares, with 7 hectares and 1/2 of olive trees and 2 hectares and 1/2 of wood. The swimming pool is 12,5 meters x 7,5 meters large. Panoramic private swimming pool* for luxurious laps. Furnished.

Coast/Beach
One and a half hours to the coast Argentario Porto San Stefano and ferry to Isola del Giglio.
Skiing
Forty minutes to Monte Amiata in lower Tuscany.
Travel
Rome airport one and a half hours, Pisa two and a half hours.
Distances
Civitella del Lago, a historical Medieval very traditional village lies two kilometres to the right and Montecchio another Medieval village lies two kilometres to the left. These villages have butcher, groceries, post office etc. There is a bank in Montecchio. Market in Montecchio on Friday and Civitella Monday.
Further details
Famous Vissani restaurant lies 10 min. away on Lake Corbara, Trippini restaurant in Civitella del Lago. Il Corno Rosso 10 min away. Great fish restaurant I Gelsi. Orvieto 14 kilometres full of restaurants and attractions. Market Saturday morning and Thursday morning. Todi 14kms in opposite direction.
