The apartment itself is in a historical building ,it was an old convent. Located within Fontana di Trevi anf Spanish Steps within walking distance to some of Rome's most important sites including Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Foro Romano, Colosseo. The apartment overlook a wonderful inner garden complete with orange trees, fountains in which fish and tortoises swim, and Roman ruins. This apartment is about 50sqm and has been completely remodelled, elegantly furnished. Includes air conditioning, hot water 24 h a day, heating, TV satellite, iron, hair dry, transportation from/to airport.

Notes on accommodation
Transportation from/to airport provided. 24 hour hot water and heating and air conditioning, comfortable bed, linen and plenty bath towels included in the rental price as well as costs of utilities, final cleaning. The living room and the bed room looks out on the big nice garden with orange trees, palms and fountains. The owner, fluent English French Italian, is personally welcoming guests at check in and provide maps and tourist information.

In the property there is a common garden with orange trees and fountains and Roman ruins.
Coast/Beach
Within 30 mins driving or by train to reach the Lido OSTIA and Fegene beach, within 50 minutes to reach Circeo, Sperlonga.
Golf
Within 30 minutes driving you can reach the most famous golf club in Rome like Sheraton Parco dei Medici, Parco di Roma Golf Club, Golf Club Arco di Costantino, Olgiata Golf club, Tevere Golf.

Just outside the main door you can find the most famous marvels of Rome's historical centre. Near the apartment there are local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, open market for fruit and vegetable, banks and change shop, internet cafè, self service washing shop.
Booking notes
30% the deposit is requested at booking, the balance will be paid in cash at check in, if cancellation is prior 60 days deposit will be refund. Security deposit is not request.
